I am a Spiritual Life coach, and my qualifications include Usui Reiki Master, Isis Seichem Reiki and Theta practitioner. I help people with holistic healing, and I believe the way to change your life is through changing your energy. When energy is moved through the heart, it transforms all the doubt, anxiety, and negative thoughts and takes you into a new way of life.

Theta healing enables you to open your heart to develop a course of movement and flow. By working with me I’ll help you to gain an understanding of how the body works, and in the process experience what it really is to build yourself and become fulfilled.

I will also help you bring to light your choices that have created whatever disparities that lie within, the core of your wants and the places where your energy is stored. Because when our energy gets overshadowed by others and everyday life situations our lives take a standstill, and nothing seems to work. So rather than creating from the negative patterns of the mind, it’s best to connect to the heart where all valuable energy lives.

By the use of methods and knitted with my own life experiences and personal transformations it has been illuminated for me the development of the energy and how it works. With this I’ll help guide you with the process and using deep exercises I will show you ways to free the energy in your life by cleaning the energy in your home, place of work, and objects around you, so you can become a better being.

As a spiritual life coach, I provide guidance on how you can take care of yourself. This is a gradual process and must be inculcated in your everyday life. This system is necessary to release negative energy such as stress and anger that you may encounter in any aspect of your life. Thus, this will help your healing process including taking away emotional, physical and mental blocks.
